Orders may be placed securely online 24/7 or you may contact us via telephone toll free during our standard business hours of 7am to 5pm (PST) – Monday thru Friday.

All emails will be responded to within 24 hours if received during office hours (exception being an email received late on Friday afternoon – that may not be responded to until the following Monday). If you matter is urgent, please do call us.

ORDER PROCESSING / AVAILABILITY

All orders received by 12pm (PST) will be processed that day. 
Processing does not necessarily mean shipped. We strive to ship all products that are in stock the same day they are ordered. As some "In stock" items ship direct from the manufacturer we cannot guarantee that all items will ship same day they are ordered.

On each product page " Shipping Availability:" is displayed. This is an estimated time frame of how long it will take before an item ships. For example, if the item page shows "Shipping Availability: In Stock. Allow 24 hours before shipment" and you place your order on Tuesday at 1:30pm (PST). That order will be processed on Wednesday with a ship date of Thursday. There is a high likely hood this order can/will ship on Wednesday, but if you needed to guarantee that, we would need to be notified so we can note your order. If you place the same order Tuesday at 11:15am (PST) it would be processed that same day and ship out on the following day, Wednesday.

If your matter is urgent, please do notify us. We are happy to assist with any urgent needs.

WEATHER DELAYS

If adverse weather conditions or "acts of God" delay delivery of your order, ProjectorZone will not issue refunds on shipping. Our freight carriers will do their best to get your package to you on time, but poor weather voids any of their delivery speed guarantees.

INVENTORY/PRICE CHANGES

Our inventory as shown online, while current, is updated weekly (Friday evenings). If you'd like to confirm inventory prior to or after placing an order, please contact us via email or telephone. Include your name and order number if calling about a specific order.

Our pricing is constantly being updated by our supplier and manufacturers. We strive to have the most up to date pricing online however occasionally that is not the case as manufacturers can update pricing without notifying us in a timely manner. Should you place an order and the online prices are incorrect/non-current you will be notified before your order is shipped and given options to confirm/cancel the order. We will never charge you for an item at a different price than shown without your knowledge and approval.

ProjectorZone.com cannot provide any price protection therefore we will not refund any price difference on your current or previous orders, and we cannot honor a promotion on a purchase made before the promotion start date.

SPECIAL ORDER & CUSTOM ITEMS

Any items listed as SPECIAL ORDER or CUSTOM either on the site or in any documents sent by members of our staff are not cancellable, returnable, or refundable once they have been ordered. As our policies mirror that of the manufactures of the products we sell, this policy may become retroactive should the manufacture make it so.

Any exceptions to this policy will be explicitly listed as addendum on the site or on the document that originally listed the item as SPECIAL ORDER or CUSTOM. If you do not see an exception listed in this manner assume that there is no exception, but feel free to clarify with your sales person.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

By placing an order with PROJECTORZONE.com you comply with the following terms & conditions. This policy applies to all orders placed either online, via phone or Purchase Order.

ALL PROJECTORS:

All projectors have a 30-day Return Policy, meaning you may return your purchase, excluding special orders, should you be dissatisfied with your purchase within thirty (30) days (from the invoice date) of the product. Returns must be made via 2nd day air freight, insured for full value, with original packaging, documentation, blank warranty card, original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes and all manuals and accessories. If your projector has less than ten (10) hours on the light engine, a minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied by the manufacturer. If your projector has greater than ten (10) hours on the light engine, you may not return the projector for credit or exchange. Instead the projector may be repaired under warranty according to manufacturer guidelines. If a projector is returned and found to have greater than ten (10) hour of use, or excessive wear/tear, no refund will be given, and the projector will be held onsite for fifteen (15) days to allow the end user to arrange for return shipment, at the expense of the end user. Final decision of the condition of the projector is solely up to ProjectorZone.com and all decisions are final. Any projector held for fifteen (15) days and not picked-up by end user will be forfeited to ProjectorZone.com. Freight charges, for delivery and return, and related insurance charges, will not be refunded or credited. No return will be accepted, and no refund made on any product thirty (30) days after the invoice date.


Condition of Returned Items:

All returned projectors must be in new and resalable condition and meet the following criteria:

  1. DO NOT WRITE DIRECTLY ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. If the box is written on, the returned products will be refused at the expense of the end user. DO NOT black out or deface manufacturer bar codes and/or labels such as serial numbers; the cost of a replacement box will automatically deduct from your credit.
  2. If your projector has less than ten (10) hours on the light engine, a minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied. If your projector has greater than ten (10) hours on the light engine, you may not return the projector for credit or exchange. The restock fee will also apply for stocking items that evidence excessive wear and tear.
  3. Be in the original shipping carton with all original packing material.
  4. Include all accessories in their original wrapping/packing material (this includes batteries). The actual replacement cost for missing items will be deducted from your refund/credit.
  5. Include all manuals, warranty/guarantee information, and instructions. The actual replacement cost for missing items will be deducted from your refund/credit.
  6. Customer pays shipping costs and must insure the package for the purchase value. Acceptable shipping carriers are UPS or Fed-Ex. Do not send return merchandise via U.S. Mail by any method; it will be refused at customer's expense. Products returned by U.S. Mail will not be credited or exchanged.
  7. Items that where originally shipped to the customer by a carrier other than UPS or FedEx are classified as Freight/LTL. If you have a freight account you may be able to use it with the manufacturer’s approval or you can pay to have the manufacturer issue a call tag on their shipping account.

ALL SCREENS:

All screens have a 30-day Return Policy, meaning you may return your purchase, excluding special orders, to us should you be dissatisfied with your purchase within thirty (30) days (from the invoice date) of the product. All screen returns require a RA# and carry a minimum 15% re-stocking fee. End user is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us for a RMA# via email at returns@projectorzone.com. Include your name, order number and reason for return.

ALL MOUNTS:

All mounts have a 30-day Return Policy, meaning you may return your purchase, excluding special orders, to us should you be dissatisfied with your purchase within thirty (30) days (from ship/invoice date) of the product. All mount returns require a RMA# and carry a minimum 15-25% re-stocking fee. End user is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us for a RMA# via email at returns@projectorzone.com. Include your name, order number and reason for return.

ALL PROJECTOR LAMPS:

All projector lamps have a 30-day Return Policy, meaning you may return your purchase, excluding special orders, to us should you be dissatisfied with your purchase within thirty (30) days (from ship/invoice date) of the product. Lamps are only available for return if factory sealed. We are unable to accept returns of projector lamps that have been opened or used. All lamp returns require a RMA# and carry a minimum 15% re-stocking fee. End user is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us for a RMA# via email at returns@projectorzone.com. Include your name, order number and reason for return.

Defective/Warranty Replacement Lamps:

All defective lamps will be replaced during warranty period at no cost to the customer. Some manufacturers require the return of the defective lamp before processing/shipping of the replacement. Customer will be responsible for shipping defective lamp in this case as well as cost of shipping defective lamp back to ProjectorZone/Manufacturer.


Condition of Returned Items:

  1. Be in the original factory packaging with all original packing material (unopened).
  2. Include all accessories in their original wrapping/packing material. The actual replacement cost for missing items will be deducted from your refund/credit.
  3. Include all manuals, warranty/guarantee information, and instructions. The actual replacement cost for missing items will be deducted from your refund/credit.
  4. Customer pays shipping costs and must insure the package for the purchase value. Acceptable shipping carriers are UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, or Airborne. Do not send return merchandise via U.S. Mail by any method; it will be refused at customer's expense. Products returned by U.S. Mail will not be credited or exchanged.

ALL ACCESSORIES: (except projector lens orders)

All accessories have a 30-day Return Policy, meaning you may return your purchase, excluding special orders, to us should you be dissatisfied with your purchase within thirty (30) days (from ship/invoice date) of the product. Orders older than 30-days are NOT available for returns. All product returns require a RMA# and carry a minimum 15% re-stocking fee. End user is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us for a RMA# via email at returns@projectorzone.com. Include your name, order number and reason for return.

PROJECTOR LENS ORDERS:

All projector lens orders are SPECIAL ORDER items. Once ordered, there are no changes, cancellations, return or refunds for any reason.

ALL FACTORY REFURBISHED PRODUCTS:

All factory-refurbished product sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or returns. Warranty is with the manufacturer; any exceptions will be listed on the product page as an addendum to the standard policy.

PRODUCTS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED / DOA:

  1. Please inspect any/all deliveries for damage as they arrive. Should an item be delivered with visible damage to the shipping container, please make sure to note "PACKAGE DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt the carrier will have you sign. This is important, as should you find the product inside damaged, having it noted on the delivery receipt will speed up the replacement process.
  2. Please notify us immediately should you receive a damaged product. We MUST be notified of any shipping damage within five (5) days of delivery in order to file a damaged freight claim and have a replacement sent out at no cost to you. Failure to notify us within this time frame could result in additional costs to the end user for a replacement to be sent. It is YOUR responsibility to inspect the package & contents upon delivery for any possible damage and notify us immediately.
  3. If you have already accepted the package and find that there are missing pieces or there is damage inside the package, please notify us immediately so that we can get this resolved for you. Any item that is received that does not perform up to specification will be subject to warranty claim and may need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please notify us immediately so we may assist you with your order.
  4. DOA, or "Dead on Arrival" product will be replaced via Warranty replacement terms & conditions of the manufacturer. Shipping costs may be incurred by the end user for returning/shipping items to the manufacturer for warranty replacement. Every manufacturer is different, and some require the end user to ship items back prior to replacement at the expense of the end user. ProjectorZone.com will not be responsible for any costs incurred for warranty replacement service.

INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY! Please verify that the product we received is the product you ordered before opening up an factory packaging or destroying/discarding factory packaging. Occasionally mistake happen. We will do everything possible to accommodate you should an item be mistaken sent to you in place of what you ordered. Many items ship direct from the manufacturer and we cannot control the entire shipping process. Should you receive an item that you think is wrong, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. All packages will have part numbers, etc shown on the outside for you to verify. Please do not open any packages that you aren't 100% sure is what you ordered. Replacement costs may apply should you open/discard/destroy factory packaging for items that were incorrectly shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS - ProjectorZone.com shipping costs shown are based upon shipments within the 48-continental US states. Shipping costs to Hawaii or Alaska will vary from prices shown online. Please call or email for custom shipping quotes to Hawaii/Alaska.

REFUNDS

Credit card: All refunds for purchases made by credit will be issued as a credit to that same account within a reasonable period of time after inspection of returned products.

Check:All refunds for purchases paid by check, whether prepaid, C.O.D., or open terms (Net 10 or Net 30), will be paid by refund check within a reasonable amount of time, after inspection of returned products.

The Purchase Policy published on our website is always the most recent Purchase Policy and shall supersede all previous policies published either in print or online.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and International Shipments

Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for all shipments made to the states Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), APO/FPO addresses and International Shipments. Currently ProjectorZone.com only ships within the US and Canada.

Not all items are capable of APO/FPO shipments. You will be notified via email before your order is processed if additional charges, or order changes are needed to process your order
